Orange Sauce In White Wine

Ingredients
  Chicken broth 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (plus 2 tablespoons)
  Orange rind 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dry white wine 3 Tablespoon
  Water 3 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  White wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a 4-cup glass measure.
Microwave at HIGH for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes, or until thickened.
