Sweet And Sour Lemon Sauce

Ingredients
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated lemon rind 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon slices 3
Directions

Combine cornstarch, sugar, and salt in a small saucepan.
Gradually add water, and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Remove sauce from heat; stir in the remaining ingredients except lemon slices.
Serve sauce warm in a chafing dish or fondue pot.
Float lemon slices on top.
