San Antonio Hot Sauce

Ingredients
  Canned whole tomatoes 29 Ounce
  Onion 1 Medium
  Jalapeno peppers 2
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Crushed red pepper 2 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, mixing well.
Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
Serve the hot sauce with taco chips.
Store any leftover sauce in the refrigerator.
