Cheddar Cheese Sauce
|All purpose flour||1 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shredded sharp cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat; add flour and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Gradually add milk; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly.
Add salt and cheese; stir until cheese melts.
