Fresh herbs make the sauce delicious and flavorful!
Cilantro/Flat leaf parsley
1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (1-1 1/2)
1 Tablespoon (or 1 teaspoon dry)
2 Clove (10 gm)
1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Red pepper flakes
Red wine vinegar
1 Tablespoon (Optional)
Fresh lime juice
1 Teaspoon (Optional)
1.In food processor, add cilantro, oregano, and garlic. Pulse to chop. Do not mush.
2. In a small bowl, transfer the cilantro mixture.
3. Pour olive oil, and mix to combine.
4. Drop salt, red pepper flakes, lime juice, and vinegar. Mix well.
5. Serve chimichurri sauce with hot grilled steak.
