Simple sauce that anyone can prepare!
Ingredients
  Bacon grease 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Garlic 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Molasses 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chicken stock 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Ketchup 1 Quart
  Black pepper 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne peper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Balsamic vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 300 degree F.

MAKING
2. Place a 3-quart Dutch oven on medium high heat and melt bacon fat in it.
3. Throw onion and garlic. Stir, and cook for 3-4 minutes.
4. Drop brown sugar, sugar, dry mustard, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
5. Pour ketchup, stock, cider vinegar, and balsamic vinegar. Stir to combine.
6. Add Worcestershire sauce, molasses, and lemon juice. Mix well.
7. Cover it with lid, and pop it in oven and bake for 2 hours, stirring every 15 minutes.
8. Pour it in an airtight container and store it in refrigerator.

SERVING
9. Serve sauce with grilled chicken.
