Praline Sauce For Ice Cream

Ingredients
  Light corn syrup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Vanilla extract 1 Tablespoon
  Pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs), coarsely chopped
Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients in a heavy saucepan; mix well.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly; cook 2 minutes without stirring.
Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and pecans.
Serve warm or at room temperature over ice cream.
