Lemon Sauce

Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lightly salted butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Half and half 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils.
Remove from heat; serve warm
