Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Tomato ketchup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hot pepper sauce 3 Drop
Directions

Combine all ingredients in saucepan.
Bring to boil; lower heat, and simmer 5 minutes.
Serve with spareribs, lamb, meat patties, pork chops or wieners, or use to baste any barbecued meats.
Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
