Meatballs In Dill Sauce
|Ground beef||2 Pound|
|Fat||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Italian seasoning||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cracker meal||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dry white wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine beef, onions, egg and seasonings; shape into small balls.
Dip balls in cracker meal; brown in skillet in small amount of hot fat.
Place in 2-quart baking dish.
Blend soup with mushrooms, 2/3 cup sour cream and wine.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven; spoon remaining sour cream and dill over top.
