Remoulade Sauce

Ingredients
  Egg yolk 1
  Shallots 3
  Capers 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped gherkins 1 Teaspoon
  White mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Anchovies 2 , soaked to remove the salt.
Directions

Make a straightforward mayonnaise , with the egg, mustard and oil.
Then add a mixture of capers, gherkins, anchovies and shallots which have been first chopped, then pounded: and last of all add the lemon juice.
