Rockefeller Sauce

Ingredients
  Frozen spinach 200 Gram
  Green onions 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Celery stalks 6
  Parsley 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Margarine 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Red peppers 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Cook spinach according to package directions; drain.
Combine onions, celery and parsley in blender container; add small amount of margarine.
Cover blender; process for 30 seconds.
Add salt, Worcestershire sauce and red pepper.
Pour mixture into large bowl.
Blend spinach with remaining margarine; combine mixtures.
Blend again if necessary to mix well.Serve on drained and heated oysters; sprinkle with bread crumbs if desired.
