|Garlic||1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm)|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Wine vinegar||2 Teaspoon|
|Stock/Beef bouillon||4 Tablespoon|
If you use an electric blender, mix all ingredients simultaneously.
If you use a mortar, crush garlic, potato, and parsley together.
Blend in vinegar; gradually add olive oil, followed by as much bouillon or stock as needed to make the sauce the desired consistency.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
