Meatballs In Grape Sauce

Ingredients
  Ground beef 2 Pound
  Fat 4 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2
  Bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic salt To Taste
  Chili sauce 12 Ounce
  Grape jelly 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs, salt, pep- per and garlic salt with 1/2 cup water; blend well.
Shape, into small balls; brown in hot fat in skillet.
Drain on absorbent toweling.
Combine chili sauce, jelly and lemon juice in saucepan; simmer, stirring constantly, until smooth and well blended.
Add meatballs to sauce; simmer for 5 to 10 minutes or until balls are heated through.
Serve in chafing dish.
