Raisin Sauce

Ingredients
  Light brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Lemon, rind 1⁄4 Tablespoon, grated
  Raisins 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Mix brown sugar, mustard and flour in small saucepan.
Add vinegar, lemon juice, lemon-rind and 11/2 cups water; mix well.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Add raisins; cook until raisins are plumped.
