Flaming Fruit Sauce

Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped maraschino cherries 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Prepared mincemeat 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Brandy 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine sugar and 1/2 cup water in saucepan.
Bring to a boil; boil for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat; add cherries, walnuts, mincemeat, brandy and lemon juice.
Cool.
Dip sugar cubes into lemon extract when ready to serve; place over sauce.
Ignite; serve flaming sauce over ice cream.
