Katsu is a favorite Japanese dish by many. Katsu is NOT katsu without the sauce! This recipe will show you how incredibly easy it is to make your own at home. You’ll never buy it out of a bottle ever again!

MAKING
1) Take a bowl and add 1 cup of natural ketchup, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of rice bran vinegar, 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger, and 1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce. Whisk them together.

SERVING
2) Serve the sauce with chicken katsu.
