Syrup of maple 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Nama shoyu 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Soak the tomatoes in water for about 3 to 4 hours; reserve the water for later use.
2. In a separate bowl, soak the chipotle in water for about 3 to 4 hours; reserve the water for preparing the sauce.

MAKING
3. In a blender or vitamix, combine all the ingredients along with the tomato-water reserve and the chipotle-water reserve.
