Remoulade Sauce

Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Hard boiled egg yolks 6
  Dark salad mustard 3 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Paprika 2 Tablespoon
  Hot sauce 1 Dash
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Minced parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Horseradish To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine all ingredients; mix well.
Refrigerate for 12 hours before serving.
Serve over seafood or green salad.
