All-American Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
  Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Green pepper 1 , chopped
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Catsup 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Melt margarine in saucepan.
Cook onion, green pepper and celery slowly in margarine until tender.
Blend in sugar and mustard.
Add all remaining ingredients and 3/4 cup water; mix well.
Simmer for 10 minutes or until heated through.
