Fluffy Bourbon Sauce
|Powdered sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs), sifted|
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped|
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
Spoon into serving dishes.
Serve warm with Fluffy Bourbon Sauce.
Beat egg yolks, sugar and salt together until thick and lemon colored; stir in bourbon gradually.
Fold whipped cream into sauce.
Chill until serving time.
Spoon sauce over warm pudding.
