Farfalle With Vodka And Tomato Sauce

There is nothing better on a cold winter's night, than a nice hot bowl of pasta, and on that pasta a delicious Vodka Red Sauce. This week, Rebecca shows you how to make her quick and easy Vodka Red Sauce. Whether you're serving it as a meal, or as a side dish to a fancy holiday dinner, you'll find this dish, simply good.
Ingredients
  Farfalle 1 Pound (Cooked Pasta)
  Onion 1
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Crushed tomatoes 28 Ounce (1 Can)
  Vodka 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Red pepper flakes 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cream 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In pan melt butter then add olive oil and onion, cook until onions are soft, about 5 minutes.
2. Add garlic, tomatoes, vodka and red pepper flakes.
3. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for at least 10 minutes.
4. To sauce add pepper and cream stir to combine and toss with pasta.

SERVING
5. Serve immediately.
