Rum Sauce

Ingredients
  Rum 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dry sherry 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  Melted butter 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Combine all ingredients in saucepan; simmer, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Serve hot over pancakes, cake or ice cream.
