Cut pork into serving pieces; dredge in flour.
Melt butter in skillet; brown pork on both sides.
Place pork in deep baking dish.
Place onion on pork; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Heat soup and 11/2 soup cans water in skillut; pour over pork.
Bake, covered, at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until tender.
