Creamy Sauce For Vegetables
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated|
|Sour cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Cucumber||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped|
"Cream butter, cheese and salt together; blend in sour cream.
Stir in chives and cucumber; mix well.
Spoon sauce over hot vegetables just before serving.
