Sole In Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Mushroom soup mix 1 Ounce
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Pint
  Herbs 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  White wine 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Sole fillets 1 Pound
Directions

"Combine soup mix, sour cxeam, fines herbes, wine and lemon juice In small bowl.
Melt butter in electric frypan; heat to 225 degrees.
Add fillets.
Pour sour cream mixture over sole; season with salt and pep- per.
Reduce heat; simmer, covered, for 7 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley or chives."
