Hard Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter 4 1⁄2 Ounce (125 gram)
  Lemon/Orange 1 , zest grated
  Icing sugar 3 Ounce (90 gram)
  Lemon/Orange / 3 tablespoon dark rum / brandy 1⁄2 , juiced
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, take butter. Beat it to achieve a creamy texture.
2. Add grated lemon or orange zest.
3. Add icing sugar a little at a time, beating vigorously.
4. Add lemon or orange juice, rum or brandy. Beat it again.
5. Check the taste. Refrigerate to set for 1-2 hours.

SERVING
6. Serve Hard Sauce chilled. It can be kept up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
