Tart Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
  Garlic pepper oil 6 Tablespoon
  Chopped ginger 2 Tablespoon
  Onions 2 , chopped
  Chili powder 4 Tablespoon
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), chopped
  Beer 24 Ounce (2 cans, 12 ounce each)
  Tomato juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon/Lime 1 , juiced
  Paprika 3 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 5 Tablespoon
  Basil/Thyme / parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Arrange the ingredients.

MAKING
2) In a saucepan, heat the garlic pepper oil, add the ginger, onions, chili powder, and garlic, and cook until soft.
3) Stir in the beer, tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, paprika, mustard, and herbs.
4) Boil the sauce and then simmer for some time.
5) Season with salt and pepper, taste to adjust the seasoning.

SERVING
6) Can be kept for several days in the refrigerator.
7) Serve the barbeque sauce with grilled meats and vegetables.
