|Dijon mustard||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1) Mix together the crÃ¨me fraiche and mustard, hot or cold.
2) Beat the ingredients together briefly.
3) Serve or use the sauce as and when preferred. Makes a good side dish as well as topping.
