  Dijon mustard 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Mix together the crème fraiche and mustard, hot or cold.
2) Beat the ingredients together briefly.

SERVING
3) Serve or use the sauce as and when preferred. Makes a good side dish as well as topping.
