Dinah's Sweet Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 2 Medium, sliced
  Garlic 5 Clove (25 gm), chopped
  Chili sauce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Dark corn syrup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chicken bouillon cube 1 , crumbled
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soy sauce 4 Tablespoon
  Lemons 2 , juiced
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fresh herbs 3 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Arrange the ingredients.

MAKING
2) In a heavy skillet, melt the butter, add the onions and garlic, and cook about 10 minutes, or until the onions are a burnished brown.
3) In a food processor or blender, transfer the onion mixture.
4) Process until smooth.
5) In a medium saucepan, put the puree.
6) Add the chili sauce, corn syrup, bouillon, vinegar, soy sauce, lemon juice, and Worcestershire.
7) Add herbs and pepper to taste.
8) Bring to the boil, stirring, then reduce heat.
9) Do not cover the saucepan, simmer for 30 minutes.
10) Doubles easily.
11) Sauce can be freezed well, until needed.

SERVING
12) Can be served with grilled meats or vegetables.
