Melba Sauce

Ingredients
  Raspberries 8 Ounce (250 Gram, Fresh Or Thawed Frozen)
  Icing sugar 2 Ounce (60 Grams)
  Kirsch 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender or food processor, take raspberries with sugar. Puree it.
2. Sieve it to remove seeds.
3. Stir in the kirsch just before serving.

SERVING
4. Serve chilled. Melba Sauce can be kept up to 1 week in a refrigerator.
