Fish With Sour Cream Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Whitefish slice/Pike slices 4
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onions 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Kosher salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a skillet, dab in the butter
2) Add the onions and saute till browned
3) Layer in the fish over the onion and sprinkle in salt, paprika and pepper
4) Add in the water, cover the skillet and cook over a low flame for 45 minutes
5) Add in the sour cream and stir into the sauce
6) Check for seasoning
SERVING
7) Serve the fish with the sauce spooned over
