White Sauce With Butter

Ingredients
  Water 1⁄2 Pint (300 Milliliter)
  Butter 2 Ounce (60 Gram)
  Plain flour 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice/Vinegar To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pot, pour water and boil it, leave it for boiling
2. In a saucepan, melt 1/3 of the butter and stir in the flour to mix properly, then remove the pan from the heat
3. Now whisk the ingredeints constantly, and pour boiling water to the ingredeints in the pan, the boiling water will thicken the flour
4. In the same pan, whisk in the remaining butter, and season with salt and pepper 5. Then add lemon juice to taste.
6. Serve the sauce immediately or if you want to serve after sometime then place the sauce in a warm water bath for 30 minutes

TIPS
Make sure not to reheat the sauce, or else the butter will melt and a raw flour taste will develop
