Mushrooms In Fresh Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Onion 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), sliced
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh tomatoes 3 Cup (48 tbs), diced
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crumbled
  Mushrooms 1 1⁄2 Pound, sliced
Directions

"Saute garlic and onion in oil until onion is tender; add tomatoes and seasonings.
Simmer until tomatoes are tender; add mushrooms.
Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes longer.
"
