Sharp Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
  Olive oil 2 Teaspoon
  Pickling onions 8 Ounce (225 Gram)
  Button mushrooms 8 Ounce (225 Gram)
  Tomato juice 1⁄4 Pint (150 Milliliter)
  Apple juice 1⁄4 Pint (150 Milliliter)
  Red wine vinegar 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Shoyu 1 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme 1 Pinch
  Shoyu/Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan heat oil and fry onions for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
2. Add remaining ingredients into the pan and stir.
3. Boil and cook covered over simmering heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

SERVING
4. Season with shoyu and pepper before serving.
