Peach Sauce

Ingredients
  Ripe peaches 1 Pound
  Caster sugar 4 Ounce
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1.Remove the peel and stone of the peaches.
2.Using a stainless fork, crush the peaches and put across the sieve.
3.Combine with sugar and lemon juice.

SERVING
4.Serve the peach sauce with snacks or store for later use in firm containers.
