Green Pepper Sauce
|Green pepper||1 Large|
|Garlic salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Corn flour||1 Tablespoon|
|Meat stock||1⁄2 Pint|
|Canned tomatoes||16 Ounce (1 can)|
1.Heat the dripping until melted.
2.Stir in sliced pepper, onion and garlic salt and cook until the veggies turn soft.
3.Mix cornflour to stock and add to the pan.
4.Heat the mixture and boil for 1 minute.
5.Add tomatoes along with their juice and simmer for 5 minutes.
6.Once done, cool and serve the sauce as side dish with snacks or store in refrigerator.
