Barbecued Split Broilers Basting Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sherry/Lemon juice /white wine /chicken bouillon 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Crumbled dried rosemary/Tarragon 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
Directions

MAKING
1. Take a saucepan and add ingredients into it. Boil them.

SERVING
2. Brush this hot sauce over the meat.
