Skim Milk and Arrowroot Cream Sauce

|Skim milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chicken stock/Bouillon||2 Tablespoon|
1) Take a saucepan and combine all the ingredients in it.
2) Cook the sauce over low heat for about 15 minutes or until sauce becomes thick, stirring constantly with a wire whisk.
3) Use this sauce as a base for preparing curry sauce.
