Gooseberry Sauce

Ingredients
  Gooseberries 1 Pound
  Butter 1 Ounce
  Castor sugar 2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Wash gooseberries but do not trim the ends.

MAKING
2.Take a pan, add gooseberries along with 2 tablespoon water and butter into it.
3.Put the lid on and cook for 15 minutes on low flame until they turn soft.
4.Strain the mixture.
5.Add sugar and reheat until sugar dissolves completely.
6.Refrigerate.

SERVING
7.Serve cold or store in small containers.
