Lemon Butter Sauce
|Butter||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Parsley||1⁄4 , chopped|
|Chives||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
1. Take a small saucepan, and add lemon juice, butter, paprika, salt and pepper. Don-€™t brown the butter.
2. Stir in parsley and chives during the time of serving.
3. Use this sauce as a basting sauce and for using it as a plain basting sauce, take out the chives and parsley.
