Custard Sauce

Ingredients
  Eggs 2 , lightly beaten
  Skimmed milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Equal 1 Gram (1 sachet)
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Rum 2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a saucepan, add the egg yolks, milk, equal, and vanilla well
2) Heat over a medium heat taking care to stir continuously
3) Stir the mixture till it coats the back of a spoon
4) Take off from the fire and add in the rum
5) Using a strainer set over a bowl, pour the custard
6) Cling wrap and place in the refrigerator to chill

SERVING
7) Serve the custard chilled with a bowl of fruits, a tea cake or even over a nice chilled jelly
