Baked Fish With Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
  Chopped onion 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped green pepper 3 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Frozen perch fillets 1 Pound, thawed (1 Package)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2 Lightly grease a 12- x 8- x 2-inch baking dish.

MAKING
3 In a heavy saucepan, heat oil.
4 Add in the onion and green pepper and saute until tender.
5 Add in the next 4 ingredients.
6 Gradually bring to a boil.
7 Cover and lower the heat.
8 Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
9 In the prepared baking dish, arrange the fish fillets.
10 Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
11 Pour the sauce on top.
12 Bake, uncovered, for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

SERVING
13 Serve hot.
