Italian Sauce With Noodles

Ingredients
  Italian sausage 1 1⁄4 Pound
  Onion 1 Large, finely chopped
  Green pepper 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Canned sliced mushrooms 4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned whole tomatoes 16 Ounce, undrained and chopped (1 Can)
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Dried whole thyme 1 Teaspoon
  Dried whole oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cooked noodles 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Take off the outer casings of the sausages
2) Into a skillet, fry the sausages till brown
3) Drain the sausages onto absorbent paper and retain the drippings in the skillet
4) Into the skillet, saute onion, green pepper, garlic in the drippings till soft
5) Then add in the sliced mushrooms, tomatoes, tomato sauce, thyme, oregano, pepper and bring to a light simmer
6) Reduce the flame and cook without the lid for about 10 minutes

SERVING
7) Serve the Italian Sauce with the sausages over a mount of noodles
