Mustard Cream Sauce

Ingredients
  Mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Dash
  Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Sour cream 8 Ounce (1 Carton)
  Egg yolks 2
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, mix together the mustard, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper.
2) Stir in sour cream.
3) To make a hot sauce, add in 2 egg yolks at this stage. Heat the mixture over a low flame till it becomes hot and thick.
4) If you want to serve the Mustard Cream Sauce over cold fish salads, add in 1 tablespoon of chopped capers or sliced olives.
Mix well.

SERVING
5) Serve the Mustard Cream Sauce over grilled herrings, mackerel or cold, salted beef
