Rum Raisin Sauce

Ingredients
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Golden raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon rind 1 , grated (Use Rind Of 1 Whole Fruit)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Dark rum 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan, combine first 6 ingredients, also combine next 3 ingredients and stir into honey mixture
2. Boil the mixture, for 5 minutes, cook and stir constantly

SERVING
3. Serve ever ice cream
