Parsley Garlic Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg yolks 2
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Lemon juice 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Chives 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper red 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1. Prepare a 1-cup glass measure with the butter and then microwave at HIGH for 1 minute till melted. Set aside
2. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a blender till thick and lemon colored.
3. Turn the blender down to low and then add the butter to the yolk in a slow stream while the machine is still running. Turn the machine up to high speed and blend till smooth.

SERVING
4. Serve over hot seafood or vegetables
