Cheddar Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  All-purpose flour 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Sharp cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), shredded (2 Ounce)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a heavy saucepan melt butter over low heat.
2. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
3. Add milk, cook and stir over medium heat until thick.
4. Add salt and cheese.
5. Stir until cheese melts.
