Low Fat Rice Flour White Sauce
|Rice flour||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Skimmed milk||1⁄2 Pint, infused (300 Milliliter)|
|White pepper||To Taste|
1.In a saucepan, put rice flour and add a little milk.
2.Once a paste is formed, add remaining milk and let the mixture boil.
3.Simmer for 5-7 minutes and add a seasoning of pepper to it.
4.Use as desired.
