Horseradish Sauce With Cider Vinegar

Ingredients
  Horseradish root 1 Large
  Cider vinegar 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Start by scrubbing and brushing the horseradish root with a stiff-bristled brush
2. Also peel the root and cut into 1-icnh pieces

MAKING
3. In a food processor, chop horseradish, also add vinegar and salt during the process, do it till it gets smooth
4. Now spoon the mixture into glass jars and store in the refrigerator

SERVING
5. Use horseradish in Debra's Famous Cold Remedy, as well as to accompany fish or chicken.

TIPS
While blending the horseradish do open the work bowl this will cause you to get teary eyes and a burning sensation in your throat
